Getting Started

How do I get started with Poncho?

A two-minute tutorial: create an account, describe a task in plain English, review the result, and chain the next step.

Poncho runs tasks you describe in plain English. This tutorial takes you from a new account to your first completed task in about two minutes.

1. Create your account

Sign up at tryponcho.com and you land directly in the chat. The Free plan includes a one-time usage allowance, so you do not need a card to try it.

2. Describe your first task

Type the outcome you want as one sentence, for example "Find the CEO of Stripe and their email" or "Generate an image of a neon-lit Tokyo street at midnight." Describe the result, not the tool: Poncho picks the right one for the job.

3. Review the result

Poncho shows each step inline as it selects a tool, calls it, and returns the result. Files and images preview directly in the conversation, ready to download or share. If something is off, say so in your next message and it will rerun that step.

4. Chain the next step

Stay in the same thread and build on the result: "now compile that into a PDF and give me a download link." Each follow-up reuses the context, so one conversation can carry a whole workflow.
