Poncho has a Free tier at $0, Pro at $20 per month, and Team at $20 per seat. Most everyday tasks are covered by your plan's included usage.
Behind the scenes, tools are billed per call through AgentCash, Poncho's micropayment layer, so you only pay for what you actually use. Premium tools that draw from an optional wallet quote their price before they run, and nothing is charged without a confirmation you can see.
